All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be delayed by a few days.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic : 2–5 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on the destination)
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.
4. Delays & Customs
We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes (which are the responsibility of the customer).
